CVAS Is pleased to announce a new Agri-Analytical Lab in Fort Loramie, Ohio! We will be providing two sample pick up routes for this facility, one in Ohio and one in Indiana. Information on our Ohio sample pick up route is below.

Drop boxes are available for forage, feed, water and manure samples. There are 19 drop box locations starting in Piqua, OH (Location 1) and heading to Heartland Coop in Celina, OH (Location 18).
Samples left at these locations are picked up after 7:00 PM Sunday through Thursday nights. There is no pickup on holidays when the lab is not in operation. See HERE for a list of holiday closings.
All samples are taken to our Fort Loramie, OH lab for processing. For clients in Indiana, refer to our corresponding drop box location listings. The drop box service is complimentary through summer 2025. After that a small fee may be applied per sample.
USING THE DROP BOX
When dropping off samples, please send a text message to the number on the top of the drop box with the location, account name, and number of samples dropped. This information will assist us in planning the pick-up on any given day. We will only pick up at boxes where we have received a text or call indicating there are samples to pick up.
Results for NIR analysis should be available the next business day, following drop off. Sample bags and testing information is available at each drop location. Supplies may also be requested by emailing mail@foragelab.com.
Please be respectful of the businesses that have given permission for us to place drop boxes at their locations. Thank them for that privilege if you have opportunity.
